Dr. Akampumuza James Rutanga, a parliamentary candidate for Ndorwa East in the upcoming 2026-2031 term, has called on voters to choose candidates who maintain strong relationships with the ruling government.
He made this appeal during a Sunday Mass at Muyumbu Catholic Hiika Church in Rushoroza Parish, Kabale Diocese, located in Muyumbu Cell, Kyanamira Sub-County, Ndorwa East, Kabale District.
Dr. Rutanga emphasized that electing officials who align with the government is crucial for effective governance and the well-being of the community. He highlighted that unlike other counties in Kabale District, Ndorwa East lacks essential services such as ambulances. He urged voters to support candidates who align with the National Resistance Movement (NRM) to ensure that the community benefits from government programs.
