In a remarkable display of Kabale municipality athletic competitions, God’s Favor Nursery and Primary School emerged as the overall champions in both the girls’ and boys’ categories in the activity that was held at Kigezi College Butobere playground today.
The school’s impressive performance was celebrated by the school’s director, Collins Kaheesi, who expressed his gratitude for the team’s second consecutive victory in the municipal competition saying that they are thrilled to have maintained our dominance in the Kabale athletic competition revealing that this is a testament to the hard work and dedication of their pupils and coaching staff.
Kaheesi further emphasized the importance of sports in the holistic development of the students explaining that Participating in sports is not only a way for their pupils to showcase their talents, but it also contributes to their overall knowledge and skill development most especially in the current era, where sports have become a valuable source of income.

Speaking on the same event, Caroline Asiimwe the Kabale Municipality senior inspector of schools issued a warning to Schools which haven’t participated in these activities, promising them to face disciplinary and explain the reasons of not participating hence asking all schools in the Municipality to actively participate in such competitions, as they serve as a platform to foster sustainable relationships between the competing schools.
