Counsel Atwebembeire Wilbroad Wamushinja Rwamunahe, a prominent candidate for Kabale District LCV Chairman, has emphasized the critical role of effective communication in fostering healthy family relationships.
His remarks came during the induction of eight men into the Fathers’ Union family at the Father’s Day celebrations held at St. John Rusikizi Church of Uganda Parish, Nyabirerema Archdeaconry, Diocese of Kigezi, in Kahodo Parish, Maziba Sub County, Ndorwa East Kabale district.
